Great ice cream variety, delicious flavors, and so affordable. We took extended family there; 10 people in all. When the young man behind the counter told me the total was only $23, I asked TWICE are you sure you got all of us ?

The best thing about this shop is not the ice cream, its the people. You will definitely enjoy your ice cream more when having it served by a cheerful bubbly employee with a pink spangled fedora. She is a hoot! This ice cream shop is very much a part of the community and has been around a very long time. The Marilyn Monroe motif isnt exactly my style, but it suits the people there and I love them for their authenticity.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quick the service was despite how long the line was when my son and I entered the store. It wouldve been nice to get a hot dog or sandwich but I understand why the proprietor said she wasnt making them at that time. The $5 minimum for debit cards definitely puts me off a bit, especially since I couldnt buy something that I wanted for myself. But overall, I like this place quite a bit.

They serve bluebell icecream, nothing special. It s in a good location and has the potential to be a great icecream shop but it just isn t. It s sorta dirty and old inside. Icecream can be bought at a grocery store. They don t even have allergen information for any of the ice creams listed. Big letdown.

Stopped in today for an ice cream the line was out the door but only because there was one young kid working. So we get to the counter to see what we want and most if not all the ice cream names are rubbed off. So it was ice cream roulette basically and the chocolate dipped cones we asked for there were none. Only the waffle cone cones we stocked. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and labeled products.

I don t like to post negative reviews but this is well deserved. Went there for the first time today. After ordering our cones and sitting down to eat we noticed the staff handling the cones and everything else with their bare hands and fingers. We watched them serve several people like this. The place was not impressive and kind of dirty. Definitely would NOT recommend. Sorry guys.

A visit to anywhere on the Space Coast just isnt complete without a stop at the Village Ice Cream and Sandwich Shop in old Cocoa Village. Three steps up from the sidewalk, and youll see a delightful display of delicious ice cream flavors. Take your cup or cone outside to sit on sheltered seats under twisted trees on this single-lane meandering block, and listen to the birds serenade you with a sunny afteroon concert. LOVE this block, and especially the ice cream shop!

Horrible two teenage kids working there being rude to a pregnant women. My ice cream tasted sour like gone bad,so I asked for a change or a refund. They said they wouldn t do either. That I d be charged again and that it s the owners policy.

Visited with my kids for the first time and the employee working there seemed miserable not friendly at all and seemed annoyed we were there. Great location. Ice cream was ok ..kids seemed to like it but very poor customer service. Toppings seem expensive for what you get .75 for each topping.
DOPLER Delphine
I wanted to try it out despite the bad reviews. I will not. Because they are to lazy to work until closing time as many people said. Too bad the next door home made ice cream will have my business like many other people!
